Security Dispatcher

WATCH GUARD 24/7, Is a leading security guard contractor within the NY Metropolitan area. We have an impeccable reputation and are one of the fastest-growing security providers in New York and New Jersey. We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our Dispatcher with a core focus on answering phones and emails as well as filling in posts when needed for call outs.

Full Time schedule - $24.00 per hour

• Verifing all WATCH GUARD 24/7 employees have clocked in and out of duty
• Complete roll calls.
• Receive call outs from WATCH GUARD 24/7 employees always having an even and professional disposition.
• Follow company notification and support policies by communicating with Field Inspectors to respond to officer situations. Communicate with other team members.
• Act quickly to locate relief for officers holding post and report all incidents as per company protocols.
• Email notifications will be an important responsibility of this position.
• Answer and make telephone calls professionally.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Win Team a plus
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Understanding of operational reporting
• Education: High school diploma/GED
• Experience: 2 + years of Admin experience, preferably in the security industry
