Schedule 1  Wednesday: 8pm-8am, Saturday: 12am-8am, Sunday: 12am-8am

Pay rate:$28.00

• Touring the property periodically and scanning points set in place with the patrol phone. 
• Working alongside maintenance to help satisfy any tenant complaints.
• Communicating effectively with other members of the security team and ensuring the work environment is consistently professional and positive. 

• Accurately monitor the fire command station.
• Respond appropriately to fire command station signals & alarms.
• Control access to the client site or facility responsibly through the admittance process.
• Courteously assist visitors with a legitimate need to gain entry to the facility.
• Carefully prepare logs or reports as required for the site.
• Observe and immediately report incidents or suspicious activity to client representatives, company management, life/safety personnel or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the site.
• Other relevant duties may be assigned as they arise. 

• NY Security Guard License. F 89, T89 or Z89. 
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good judgment, integrity and character are essential
• Must be able to pass drug test.
